Bakrani taluka (Sindhi: تعلقو باڪراڻي) is a newly created taluka of Larkana. It is situated in the south of Larkana city between taluka Larkana and taulka Dokri. Main villages of the Taluka are: Bakrani, Arija, Goth Pathan, Farid aAbad, Gerilo, Mihrabpur, Bakhu Dero, Mad Bahu. Main crops and vegetables grown in the taulka are: rice, wheat, cauliflower, spinch, onion, turnip etc. Agricultural land is irrigated by Rice and Dadu canals.the city is cultivated and depands on agricultre, It is the main crossing between moen Jo Daro and Larkana, politically it is being deprived by the fudel lords, who has deprived the city by aducation and other aminities of the life.Most people educated Teachers,Bankers,Govt:services,a very famous student blongs with this city Mr,Shahid Ali Abbasi{Passad)
